Private Wellness Retreats For The Whole Family (July - August, Year Round pending availability)  

Our summer wellness retreats are focused on the family, allow our guests to experience the healing power of nature through mindful connection, digital detox, stress reduction, physical well-being, and improved sleep. We can accommodate family groups from 2-20 guests. 

Our forest pod accommodations are family friendly. Trembling Aspen Retreat is a 45 acre property on the Ghost River valley, which is the perfect setting for nature immersion activities and wellness through play.

Reconnect and unwind in a quiet, peaceful setting - where each family member is able to return home feeling rejuvenated in mind, body & spirit.

No meals are provided. If your group would like a catered retreat, please let us know and we can arrange that for you. 

2 Night Minimum. Base cost (for up to 10): $450/night. For more than 10 guests, please contact us for a quote.

Ladies Reading Retreat (October 17-19, 2025)

Our reading retreat is designed to bring rest and renewal. This is an opportunity to be intentional about slowing down, renewing your mind, body and spirit. There is no agenda. Each guest has the luxurious gift of time to read in any of our cozy nooks and spaces. 

Read overlooking the mountains & river valley, listening to the gurgling Ghost River or watching a sunset. Read in your own (or shared) forest pod on your own sofa looking out into the forest. Read in the cozy log cabin in front of the wood-burning fire. Read in a garden. Read on the grass beneath the changing colour of the leaves. The options are endless.
